?Over the next 5 years Smile will focus on becoming an organisation that makes significant impact in everything we do. We will further develop our infrastructure services to meet the needs of the charities we support. We will embrace digital and enhance our health offer. Smile will grasp the opportunity to venture into other parts of the UK and then go on to deliver on a national platform?.

We draw unique strengths from our mixed model of operation: grant making and community investments; Community development and support; nurturing a diverse asset base comprising people, knowledge, history and work alongside our corporate partners.

Our new strategic plan for 2023-2027 builds on these strengths and our successes over the previous 15 years. We are motivated to increase our impact and do even more for our communities, and will achieve this through sustainable growth, leveraging, influence and maximising our assets.

We do this by having a range of experts on our Board who have lived experience and active involvement in our key areas of work, helping them to make inspired and informed decisions at a strategic level.
